With 2010-2011 wet being so long the NT looks to be busy towards the end of the year. Some Campdrafts have already been pushed back to allow cattle to be found. The Katherine Pony Club has had a few Rallies. and it looks to be a big year for the Polo Cross. This year will see 14 carnivals with 6 clubs competing, a Junior Team heading to Albury to represent the NT and the National being held in Warwick in April. There is also a possibility of the NT hosting the weeklong Nationals in 1014.
The Awards Dinner will be held at the Katherine ASHS Campdraft in August. We hope everyone will come to the BBQ and Bar on the Saturday night for the Awards and a few Drinks.

Sponsorship is a great worry to the ASHS NT. Every year the committee works hard to acquire sponsorship and with so many organizations seeking sponsorship, it is getting harder to find. So, we appreciate our major sponsors and have listed them below - they sponsor many events throughout the NT and we would appreciate it, if you could support them.
We hope you enjoy the Site. .
The ASHS-NT would like to take this opportunity to thank Consolidated Pastoral Company (CPC) for their generous support of the Timber Creek and Katherine ASH Campdrafts.
Consolidated Pastoral Company’s Auvergne Station has supplied cattle to the Timber Creek Campdraft for many years. Manbulloo Station has been supplying and managing the cattle at the Katherine ASH Draft for four years.
We are well aware of the logistics and cost associated with donating cattle for use at these events and it is truly appreciated.
Consolidated Pastoral Company is owned by Terra Firma with Ken Warriner also retaining a shareholding, operating 17 properties in the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Queensland and running a total of over 340,000 head. The Company’s main enterprise in the Northern Territory is breeding cattle for the export market to South East Asia.
Please have a look at the web site www.pastoral.com as they offer many opportunities, and next time you are riding into the camp look at the famous wine glass brand of the CPC cattle, or take a moment to thank the young men and women at the bar, wearing the wine glass brand.
